Jay brings over 27 years of hands-on zoning and development experience to his projects. His resume includes long stints in both local government administration and land use consulting. Jay has gained experience from virtually every vantage point of the development process including: City Planner, City Economic Development Director, Zoning Commission Member, Private Sector Consultant and Land Use Attorney representing local governments and private developers. Jay is a frequent speaker at Planning & Zoning conferences on a variety of community planning law and development issues and trends.
